Please Note: Walk & Talk Therapy and Holistic Services incorporated within therapy (Yoga & Reiki) are only offered on a self-pay basis, due to restrictions on what approaches insurances will cover. Telehealth is available to anyone using insurance or paying out of pocket. At this time, meeting in person in Charlotte is limited to those paying out of pocket who want to incorporate holistic services and/or engage in Walk & Talk therapy.
Please note: If you're a South Carolina resident, you can NOT use insurance for virtual visits while located in SC and would need to pay out of pocket. To use insurance, you must be physically be located in North Carolina, even for a virtual session. Dependent on your plan, you may have the option to drive into NC so you can use your insurance.
